PCG and NeighborWorks Capital provide financing for two LIHTC projects that will create 86 units of quality affordable housing in Connecticut.
Partners for the Common Good provided a $300,000 loan that allows St. Ambrose to purchase and rehabilitate homes in depressed neighborhoods and to offer those homes to first-time low-income homebuyers.
The Ashby Street Project houses 21 low-income families. Partners helped finance this development to provide affordable rental opportunities for this Dallas community.
