To mitigate the lasting effects of Rochester’s foreclosure crisis in the late 1990s, the Rochester Housing Development Fund Corporation (RHFDC) acquires and rehabilitates foreclosed single-family homes to create affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families
West Wood Oaks is the only dedicated affordable rental housing development in Fairfax, VA. PCG helped to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of the West Wood Oaks apartments.
RHDFC supports the HOME Rochester program, which sells rehabilitated homes to low-income first time home buyers. PCG's loan financed the rehabilitation of over 150 affordable homes in Rochester.
