As the Manager of Impact and Research, Stella focuses on loan servicing and managing compliance documentation for PCG’s portfolio. Stella has previously worked as a field organizer for a congressional campaign and a development intern for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Portland, OR. Her interest in financial topics and passion for economic justice brought her to PCG. Stella is from Milwaukie, Oregon, and graduated from Smith College with a BA in Government and a minor in Economics in 2021.
