Barbara Yiadom is the Director of Portfolio Management at Partners for the Common Good (PCG). In her role, Barbara manages borrower/lender relations, tracks the portfolio performance, and assists the Chief Lending and Credit Officer in performing due diligence on prospective deals. Prior to joining PCG, Barbara was Senior Asset Manager at Enterprise Community Loan Fund, a national community development financial institution (CDFI), managing a portfolio of predevelopment, acquisition, construction and permanent loans, and a variety of affordable housing, healthcare centers, charter schools and other community development projects. Barbara has an MBA from the University of Scranton, and a BS in Finance from Rowan University.
