OC Isaac is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience in lending, credit administration, and mission-driven economic development. He is the Chief Credit Officer at TruFund.

Previously, as Chief Credit Officer at PCR Business Finance, he launched innovative lending programs, including the People of Color Business Elevation Fund, which provided over $10 million in capital to underrepresented entrepreneurs. His leadership revitalized the organization’s SBA lending platform, achieving significant growth in both loan volume and units.
